All NHS referrals must be received from your normal dentist who will use the secure NHS referral system to send your details to us.

If your dentist has referred you to us already but you have not been contacted by us to arrange an initial assessment appointment, please contact your dentist first to check they have used the correct NHS referral system (called DERS). If they confirm the referral has been made, please allow 3-5 working days for us to contact you. If it has been longer than this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can update you with the status of your referral.
